Rivet provides business automation services for home service contractors, including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered phone and SMS answering
  • Automated invoicing and payment collection
  • Lead follow-up automation
  • Estimate follow-up systems
  • Review request automation
  • Appointment reminder systems

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your automation systems
  • Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Obtain proper consent from your customers before automated communications

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your individual service agreement. All fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All automation systems, scripts, workflows, and related materials created by Rivet remain the intellectual property of Rivet. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your business operations during the term of your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rivet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to automation systems will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become due.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
